This is such a lovely cameo subject. it depicts a young couple with the male bending on one knee, he looks like is is about to propose to her
Very  old carved shell Pin / Brooch
Measures 1 3/4" X1 1/2"
It  has not  been tested so  I  am not sure of gold or gold fill
It looks to  have some age due to the smooth wear to the top
The Bezel seems slightly  crude
Lovely  detailing including the hearts in pillar in the back round
