This is a detailed reproduction of a Mani stone. Found in the Himalayas, these carved stones range in size from small pebbles to great boulders. This Mani stone contains the buddhist mantra: "Om Mani Padme Hum", inscribed in the graceful Tibetan script. This phrase, also known as the mantra of Avalokiteshvara, is a prayer of compassion and mercy.
This pendant is painstakingly handcarved and then cast in genuine pewter. Comes with a 2mm satin necklace cord which looks great with anything, including safron!
