    Description

    A rare and early example of the new Nachet’s binocular microscope introduced in the late 1910s’ and here dated “13 octobre 1919”.
    Nachet called this microscope “Microscope binoculaire stéréoscopique redresseur à un seul objectif”.
    This is a fine example of the uncommon model, here preserved in its original wooden case with two objective numbered 2 and 3, two pairs of eyepieces numbered 2 and 3 and only one (fo the two) eyepieces  numbered 1.
    The microscope is also complete of its two handrests which can be fixed on the stage.
    The magnifications card is also present with the original key of the box.
    Average size of the instrument : 28 cm height and the box measures 36,5×18,5×20 cm.
