    Description

    You have found the missing piece to your Vintage Microscope Collection! Here is a Constant Verick Brass Monocular Microscope (4121), circa 1870-1885. The Brass Connection Bracket is Etched "C. Verick Paris" & the Attachment Bracket for the Sub Stage Mirror is Marked "4121". It features a No. 1 C. Verick Objective. The full height is 14 1/2" (compressed 10 1/2"), and it is about 4 1/2" by 3 3/8" across. The Stage has Twin Specimen Holders. A similar Microscope is part of the Smithsonian collection, and this is a Brand used by Louis Pasteur. The Brass is in very good to fair condition with Wear & Pitting from Age & Use.
