    THIS IS A VINTAGE  HAND CARVED SHELL CAMEO.  CARVED BY MASTER CARVERS IN ITALY AROUND 1940. IT IS IN A NEW STERLING SILVER PENDANT SETTING.  THE CAMEO ITSELF IS 12X16MM. THE CAMEO PENDANT MEASURES 1 1/4
