Vintage Portable Field Microscope Lafayette Radio Corp. Japan

Description

This portable Field Microscope was manufactured in Japan and distributed by Lafayette Radio Corporation, Instrument Division, Jamaica, N.Y. It is model F-37 and has 20x, 40x and 80x. It comes in the original box and with a zippered leather pouch. Three legs screw into the microscope to stand it up. The entire microscope appears to screw apart for cleaning. Appears to be in very nice condition. Estate Find. The microscope without legs measures 4 1/2” and extends to almost 6 1/2”. The legs measure 3”.
